Mostly Atheist MSM – attack Faith of Republicans, barely mention or defend faith of Democrats

It is no surprise to any Bible believing, God fearing Christian that the so-called mainstream media is beyond neutral in their handling matters of faith; they are in matter of absolute fact openly hostile to people of faith. They are, after all, almost wholly liberals and Democrats, despite the lie many promote of their being registered Independents. It is also true that for the most part, being generous I will say there are exceptions, liberals by their nature are not, cannot be Christian, in matter of fact as another has so accurately coined the term, they are with rare exceptions “practical atheists,” meaning that by their words and actions, even from those professing to be Christians, atheists in their hearts; that is, they could not possibly be Christians in matter of fact.

Just look at how liberals and the media through the self-serving euphemisms of “choice” or “reproductive rights,” have always been the driving force behind our national shame of slaughtering over 50 million innocent human beings in the womb. Our national fetal holocaust is wholly a liberal, Democrat Party construct, racist in design and a rejection of God’s Command, “Thou shalt not kill (do murder).” Add to this that it was liberals that in the false name of secularism, an affront to every one of our Founding Fathers and virtually all the people that brought America to a reality, kicked Almighty God out of the Public Square, and please note that prohibition has not been applied to Allah, the false “moon god” of Islam, it was only and always an attack on Christ and the Church. Despite God’s expressed hatred of homosexuality, among all sins the one wherein He expressed great wrath, liberals/Democrats, joined by atheists, have promoted this gross sexually deviant, destructive behavior, Obama recently making acceptance of homosexuality a key factor in future foreign aid.

It is not at all odd that the Left highlights the faith of Republicans, because they (GOP), at least by their words and policies, if not their many personal failings, are quick to defend Christ and Christians, as Perry has recently done in Iowa. The Lefts see the personal failings of far, far too many Republicans, as a way to attack and undermine their chances at elective office. It is not odd at all they do not attack the gross moral failings of Democrats, because liberals do not care if their candidates are moral degenerates, because any expressions of faith by Democrats are all false anyway and everyone knows it to be false. Just look at Obama, he spent years in a Church that was racist and steeped in the anti-American, racist teachings of Jeremiah Wright, but everyone on the left cried foul when his false religious faith was “outed,” as liberals and the Mainstream Media (I repeat myself) are all practical atheists and racist themselves.

Media Scrutiny Of Republicans’ Religion Dwarfs Coverage Of Dems’ Faith

Apparently, the only time the mainstream media are interested in scrutinizing a presidential hopeful’s religious beliefs and behavior is when that candidate is a Republican.

For example, no matter how Rick Perry’s new campaign ad is perceived by conservative voters in Iowa, the reaction from liberals and the media has been predictable.
Perry’s vow to end “Obama’s war on religion” and to fight against “liberal attacks on our religious heritage” brought him ridicule across the web, from the New York Times to Entertainment Weekly.

And, this type of contempt for a Republican’s religious values is nothing new.

MRC’s Culture and Media Institute has just released a Special Report studying how ABC, CBS and NBC covered the republican candidates and their respective religions during the first 10 months of 2011. CMI compared those results to network coverage of faith for the Democratic primary hopefuls during the same months in 2007 – the same point in the 2008 campaign cycle.
The networks have mentioned the religious belief of the GOP candidates over seven times more than they did the ’08 Dems. They brought up Mitt Romney’s (and to a lesser extent, John Huntsman’s) Mormonism more than 100 times in 10 months – 40 times during two October weeks alone.

And they were 13 times more likely to challenge, criticize or highlight controversy in discussing a GOP candidate’s faith than they were for Democrats. In 2007, anchors like CBS’ Harry Smith brushed past claims that “Faith has always been a huge part of” Hillary Clinton’s life.
Nobody asked Joe Biden, Chris Dodd and Bill Richardson to reconcile their enthusiastic support for abortion with their professed Catholic faith. Most glaringly, the networks ignored the inflammatory preaching of Rev. Jeremiah Wright, Barack Obama’s pastor of two decades, for nearly a year.
